Adult New Patient Visit (Exam & Full Spine X Rays $200) 45 min- This is a deep dive into your health. We will discuss your history, any concerns or challenges you are currently experiencing, and answer any questions you may have. We will perform a neurological evaluation & take postural chiropractic spinal X-rays. This will give us information on how to best approach your individual needs. Our doctors will take the time to review your history, exam, and X-ray findings to determine the amount of chiropractic care you need. This visit does not include your first adjustment. Included in the cost of your initial visit is your follow-up visit: the Report of Findings. At this visit, we will discuss your findings and review options for care moving forward. 

Pediatric New Patient Visit (Exam $50) 45 min- For children 12 and Under This is a deep dive into your child’s health. We will discuss their history, any concerns or challenges they are experiencing, and answer any questions you may have. We will provide a thorough, non-invasive examination that will give us information on how to best approach your child’s health. If X-rays are deemed necessary, there may be a separate cost ($50/view). We will schedule your child for a follow-up visit, which is included in the cost of the initial visit. 

Prenatal New Patient Visit (Exam $50) 45 min- This is a deep dive into your health. We will discuss your history, any concerns or challenges you’re experiencing, the details of your pregnancy and birth plans, and answer any questions you may have. We will provide a neurological assessment that will give us information on how to best approach your care. Included in the cost of your initial visit is your second visit, where we will discuss your findings and review options for corrective chiropractic care moving forward. 

Report of Findings 60 min- during your second visit to our office, we will discuss the examination findings and lay out your specific recommendations for your care, catered to your health goals. The cost of this visit does NOT include your 1st adjustment, however, this is the time when you have the opportunity to receive your 1st adjustment if you choose. 

Member Adjustment ($40)- 10 min This appointment is available for current patients on a Corrective, Graduated, or Lifetime care plan. 

Non-Member Adjustment ($50)- 10 min This appointment is available for current patients not under a Corrective, Graduated, or Lifetime care plan. 

Re-Activation- ($200) -60 min -This appointment is reserved for former patients who have been inactive from care for more than 12 months. This is our opportunity to get updated on what has changed in your health, do a thorough exam, and take new postural chiropractic spinal X-rays. 

Welcome Back Evaluation – ($50) 30 min This appointment is reserved for former patients who have been inactive from care for 3-12 months. If postural chiropractic spinal X-rays are needed, that will be a separate charge($50-$150).

 

INSURANCE: At this time, our office only accepts Medicare, FSA and HSA.
